I like their styles and try replicating them sometimes,” Nguyen said.

Junior Charlie Robinson hits a glowing hot piece of metal with a hammer to form it into the correct shape for his hunting knife project. Robinson never took lessons from a professional, opting to work off his intuition. “It hasn’t always worked out, and sometimes I’ve had to look at how to fix whatever I had done, but most of the things I have made have just been me freestyling,” Robinson said.

Junior Sawyer Ladd lifts weights, stretches and eats to gain weight. Ladd has spent over a year practicing a routine involving eating more and going to the gym frequently to work towards his goal. “It has taken me way longer than I thought it would to gain even a little bit of weight. Sophomore Elizabeth Franklin stands outside of a door that is blocked off with caution tape due to nesting geese. Franklin planned on taking photos outside, but the number of students attacked by the geese has led to the outdoors being off-limits. “The geese have completely blocked us off from the outside world, and it’s interfering with our work as journalists. It’s unacceptable, and there needs to be a change,” Franklin said.

The light fluffy batter makes it a real delight to eat. This was the first real street food I have ever had when I was 12 years old, and sitting on the side of the street in Mumbai. I had no complaints about Aloo Tikki then and I certainly don’t now.
