During the summer of 2012, junior Stefanie Elsperman was just another fan at the Lady Antebellum country concert, when she got scouted while standing in line to buy fries with her friends. Elsperman models for two agencies: Centro in St. Louis and Ford in Chicago and Miami. “My job has taught me to not be afraid of putting myself out there,” Elsperman said.
