For many people, grabbing a quick drink before school, work, or after a long day has become part of their daily routine. A popular spot is 7-brew Coffee, a fast-growing drive-through coffee stand known for its great drinks and endless customization for flavors. Created in 2017, with now over 500 stands, it was designed to transform the typical drive-through coffee experience into something more enjoyable by spreading kindness and energy to others.

7 Brew Coffee recently opened a new location in Ellisville, Missouri. The grand opening occurred on Nov. 17. If you went on Nov.14, 15th, or 16th before their grand opening, they offered small free drinks to customers. Customers who attended the grand opening on Nov. 22 were offered free t-shirts.

Taste

We ordered two of their popular drinks: the Cinnamon Roll Latte and the Blondie Latte. 

The Cinnamon Roll Latte was a standout, offering a bold cinnamon flavor that you could definitely taste as you took a sip. The sweetness makes the drink taste like a warm dessert in a cup, pairing well with the flavor of the coffee. We give this a solid 10/10. 

The Blondie latte is a fan favorite of 7 Brew customers. It’s a rich drink that blends vanilla and caramel into a smooth sugary flavor. Its sweetness is definitely there, but not overpowering the drink. It can be bitter for those who like sweeter drinks. It’s a popular choice because it’s simple and satisfying. We give it an 8.5/10. 

Atmosphere

As soon as you drive into 7 Brew, you can tell it’s not like any typical coffee shop. Unlike regular coffee shops in the area, which have one lane and then an indoor seating area attached, 7 Brew Coffee has two separate car lines in the drive-through that are built on speed and interaction, and although the lines were long, the service moved surprisingly fast. The employees were upbeat, kind, and helpful, fitting the company’s goal of spreading positivity. Overall, the drive-through was very efficient and welcoming. 

Prices

Since we went on one of the days before the grand opening, we were able to get our drinks for free. However, small drinks typically cost around $6, while large drinks typically cost around $8 to $9. Because we got small drinks, both of them would have cost around $12 without tax. While the prices are fairly standard for specialty drinks, this may be a bit expensive for everyday visits.

Overall

7 Brew offers a fast, friendly, and flavorful experience that stands out from typical coffee shops. It has quick service, energetic staff, and tasty drinks, making it a convenient stop for many people. If anyone is looking for a sweet and easy drink to grab and go, 7 Brew Coffee is definitely worth a visit. 

Now that it’s been a couple of weeks since the new location opened, customers continue to fill the drive-through lines, showing steady interest in the shop. The early promotions and free drink days helped introduce the store to new customers. As the rush of opening week settles, it’s clear that 7 Brew’s new location is starting to establish a stable customer base.
