Welcome to the next installment of Breakfast with Brinda; we’re making apple bake, the name of which I definitely did not just make up. Watch the video for more.
The nitty-gritty of apple bake with Brinda:
- Dice fruit and place in a microwave-safe bowl
- Add a squirt of lemon juice and vanilla and sugar or maple syrup if you want
- Top with *signature* Breakfast with Brinda breakfast mixture (nuts of your choice, oats, seeds of your choice, blended together)
- Microwave for one and a half to two minutes
- Finish with a dollop of greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey
