Receiving her honorary high school diploma with sophomore Kelly Wehrmeister by her side, sophomore Brynn Haun smiles into an emotion-filled hug. The school held a pink-out night in Haun's honor, while students also participated in a Hamilton-themed flash mob. "Brynn meant the world to me. She made me a better person, she made me stronger even before she started with the cancer and chemo. She made me see a positive side to everything," Wehrmeister said. "When she passed, she took a part of me with her. Knowing that she was such a huge part of my life makes me sad, but also makes me really happy to have had someone who's had that kind of special impact on my life."
