Casting a spell, junior Gianna Lionelli freezes into position during the rehearsal of the school play, “Puffs” on October 25. Students ran through scenes of the show to polish their movements. “All of the people I work with are incredibly talented, who are great at thinking on their feet, so everyone is always ready to improv on stage when needed,” Lionelli said. “I love my character’s development. She’s in school trying to figure out who she is, which I think is very relatable for a lot of students. My favorite moment is when I realize I’m a Puff and come to terms with my true self.”

The girls were very patient with us even though we struggled a bit, but we learned pretty fast. I am happy that I got to be a part of the routine,” Livingston said. “I liked the pep assembly this year because we are the seniors and we get the spotlight,” Livingston said.

Standing in front of a crowd, senior Molly Glisson performs one of her five solos in the Jazz Choir concert April 25. Glisson performed in the Jazz Choir all four years and enjoyed hanging out with her team members outside of school. “Jazz is such a special genre to sing, and I enjoy[ed] doing it a lot. Being able to sing such a fun style with such fun people [was] my favorite part of being in this group,” Glisson said. “[Being a senior brought] a sentimental feeling [to the show] just because I have been singing so long, and it’s coming to an end so fast. I’m sad but also thankful for the opportunities I have gained from being in this group and the people I have met.”
