The Varsity cheerleading squad for the upcoming season practices at Xcel Gym. The squad has a total of 31 girls compared to past seasons of less than 20. “The last time that I cheered was in middle school and it was totally different than this. This is way more advanced and it is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I can’t wait until we get to cheer at the games,” junior Maret Welby said.
