Suite: Judy Blue Eyes by Crosby/Stills/Nash.
Yeah, I know “breakup song” isn’t what most people think of for summery vibe but it’s so singable and upbeat that even Judy Collins herself loves it despite it being a breakup song aimed at her. Endlessly quotable and touches on everything from annoying everyone around you to fun bird references to singing in Spanish over a legendary vocal hook.
