Packing cookies in a bag, sophomore Lucy Connors volunteers to bag snacks for teachers at the United Hebrew Congregation. Volunteering is not new to Connors, as she also volunteered at a homeless shelter and served lunch. “I enjoy helping the community and making a difference whenever I can,” Connors said. “I wanted to volunteer because I wanted to use my time doing something that betters someone else.”
