In November 2007, Serendipity unveiled a $1,000 dessert called the "The Golden Opulence Sundae,"which the Guinness World Records declared the world's most expensive dessert. “New York was an experience of a lifetime. I had so much fun just doing everything there, and I can’t wait until the day I get to go back. Serendipity was my favorite place I ate at during the whole trip because it was just such a cute restaurant. The atmosphere was really fun to be in,” Patterson said.
