Attempting the wheel for the first time, senior Allison Smith gets her hands dirty on the wheel. Clay Club allows students to get involved in an arts programs, especially if it an art class doesn’t fit in a schedule. “I’ve been in Clay Club since the beginning of the year,” Smith said. “One of my favorite meetings was this photo because Brayton was teaching me how to make a bowl, and it was really fun because molding the clay on the wheel was unlike any other experience I have ever had.”
