During her Painting Two class, junior Kendall Welch adds the finishing touches on her AP project depicting the physical manifestation of chaos. Her concentration, or focus of the year, is on the different uses of bags. “Being conceptual is something that we work really hard to be in AP art studio. It’s a piece of art that makes you think. So with this one, I didn’t just do a paper bag, I had it falling out with bugs and clouds. In the end, we try to make people think and see a certain idea,” Welch said.
