It felt good to complete the whole process and feel accomplished.

In the window before the test, I prepared and felt ready, putting my best effort into the application, ensuring I had good recommendations, and getting everything done on time.
- What is your academic area of passion and why?
I love computer science and the logistical approaches to problem-solving.

Computer Science and Finance.

- What did you choose to write about in your main essay for the National Merit application? And why was it meaningful to you?
I talked about starting a table tennis club freshman year, what kind of a process it was, and how it allowed me to meet new people and bring people together under a single banner of table tennis.
