Hoping for it to be a daily reminder, senior Devon Owens got a quote for his first tattoo that inspires the way he lives his everyday life. Owens’ tattoo reads, ‘Let your faith be bigger than your fears.’

“The quote has always meant a lot to me as you should always preserve and be strong through anything you fear, but mostly I’ve just always wanted a tattoo,” Owens said. 

With faith being a big part of Owens life, he feels that his tattoo can act as a daily reminder. 

“The significance behind [the tattoo] is to show how strong your faith in God should be and I am reminded of this everyday,” Owens said. “When I first got the tattoo it felt unreal to see it on my arm. I was filled with joy.”
