Hudson Ribble
From volleyball, to fishing to soccer games, senior Hudson Ribble finds joy in being active and getting outdoors. Ribble has had fun bonding with teammates and working towards their end goal, winning a state championship game.
“Our season the year before [the 2021 state championship volleyball game] got canceled due to COVID-19, so the win felt double as important for the guys who didn’t get to play,” Ribble said. “The energy was so high the whole night and everyone rushing the court after we won the last point was amazing.”
Outside of sports, Ribble stayed organized and timely in order to complete work on time. Eventually, he became accustomed to the ins and outs of connecting with others and getting involved.
“My advice to my freshman self would be don’t stress too much about school work. Although it’s important, the real experience comes from the people you meet and memories you make with them,” Ribble said.
