Blending together a concoction for a science experiment, science teacher Joel Anderson scares his students by bringing excitement and thrill into his classroom for his annual Halloween show. It took about six weeks for Anderson to set up his classroom for the show. “It’s pure terror. I came up with this idea a couple decades ago to do something fun for Halloween. So I pretend to be this mad scientist [that creates] a Frankenstein-like creature [with the class], learning a little bit of science along the way and [then ending] with a laser show. It’s just for fun; entertainment value,” Anderson said.

Spaulding has made many costumes including Captain Jack Sparrow, The Mad Hatter, Little Pink Riding Hood, Juliet from Romeo and Juliet, a pirate costume for her dog, and Aunt Alexandra from To Kill a Mockingbird.

'Staying Classy' is the Pathfinder's own fashion blog, updated every other week, covering a wide variety of fashion related topics.
"I am planning on being Pete Wentz. I was talking to my friends and they were like we should be Fall Out Boy and I said I would be Pete. I will probably just look at a lot of pictures of Pete Wentz and then construct something out of that," freshman Katie English said.
