Laughing about a joke made by a trick-or-treater, Longhorn Council Director Katelyn Arenos helps manage the event. Arenos believed in events like these strengthening the community and bringing everyone together. “It’s just fun to see the community come together for a cool event like this. Everyone is happy and having a great time with each other,” Arenos said.
