Two elementary school girls watch as the winner of the raffle for the American Girl Doll is announced. The American Girl doll was purchased and then raffled off by the girls lacrosse program’s Booster Club in an effort to collect money for the program to fund equipment such as uniforms, balls and goals. “I was glad I got to announce the winner, but I felt really bad because all the girls wanted it, yet only one of them could win,” senior Maggie Walkoff, who emceed the event, said.
