The varsity football team emerges through their sign prior to their first game of the season against Parkway South on Aug. 18. They went on to win the game 22-12.

The Longhorns pulled out a surprise victory in their first game of the season on Aug. 18, scoring 22 points in the last quarter of the game against the Parkway South Patriots.

Showing off their moves, senior men perform a choreographed dance from the Mr. Longhorn pageant. “My favorite was the Stanky Leg. That is just a really fun dance for me” senior Henderson Faulkner said. The dance was set to a medley that included songs by Silento, Flo Rida and Katy Perry.
