"In drawing, students can take a flat circle and shade it, make it a sphere. They then take what they learned there and put it towards a portrait; they can draw themselves and it looks real because of shading," art teacher Peggy Dunsworth said. "High schoolers are so intelligent, you can take them so much farther and I actually like their sarcasm and sense of humor. I like being around high school kids."
