Where do you go to high school?

I went Parkway South High school.

What year did you graduate?

I graduated in the year 2000.

Did you play any sports or were you in any clubs?

I was a swimmer. I did KPAT (morning announcements) my senior year. I was on the water polo team and volleyball team. I was also in NHS club. I was also in the meat club where we got to go out and eat meat.

What is the funniest thing that happened during high school?

The funniest thing was when a buddy of mine at graduation intentionally fell down the steps. The parents were all shocked, but the students all applauded because it was a set up.

What was your opinion of your high school principal? Why was she/he memorable?

We were in a state of flux with principals. The first couple of years our principal was so-so. Then, in my junior and senior years there was an interim principal who was good.

What was your least and favorite subjects in high school?

My least favorite subject was French because it was really hard for me. I could not keep up with my sister, who was two years older than me, and was a genius at French. My favorite subject was history because my water polo coach taught it.

What was different now from when you went to high school?

There were no cell phones so we passed notes. But we did have pagers. I played Tetris on my TI-82 calculator.

What were you like in high school?

I was a loud-mouthed jock.

Did you have an after school job?

I cut grass in the summer and fall. I was a lifeguard too.

What type of car did you drive?

The car I drove was a 1986 Toyota Camry manual. It had automatic nothing. It had wheel down windows and a push button radio. I wrecked that car. I wrecked the car by driving home from water polo practice with the windows down and the country music on, my friend Grant Miller in shotgun. I rear-ended a girl I had known since preschool.
