With junior Jacob Cupps on guitar and freshmen Katia Frederick and Keri Kixmiller on vocals, the trio performs Frederick’s original song “Restless Heart” at the Singer’s Choice choir performance. “I wrote the song back in my sixth grade year. The song was about what I was going through and how I felt about everything, all the hardships and the transition from elementary to middle school. Keri and I needed a song for Singer’s Choice, and we wanted to be original, so when I stumbled upon it we ended up singing it, even if it wasn’t originally written to be performed,” said Frederick.
