The month of April is a busy month for the music department; all three spring concerts—band, orchestra and choir—fall within three weeks of each other.
On March 7, the Concert Choir participated in the Missouri State High School Choir competition as a girls group, a boys group and a mixed group made up of the two.
Soft lighting, fine linens and centerpieces will adorn the Parkway West cafeteria on the evening of March 8 as the choral and instrumental Jazz ensembles take the stage for their fourth annual Coffee House performance.

“I have been singing since I was small. I sang in church choir and then got serious in high school when I joined the Honors Choir and Select Choir.”
