"I think there's definitely an infringement on privacy there and an error in judgement on behalf of the school. Not knowing much about the situation itself, I think measures need to be taken to learn more about what was going on. But invading her personal life and sneaking their way onto her Facebook account is not the ethical or maybe even the legal way do that.
