Freshmen Caleb Davis, Logan Marx and Henry Rasche work on a lab to learn about ramps through the Colorful Ramp Lab. In Cathy Whitaker’s Force and Motion class, students discovered how a ramp’s shape affected the speed of a marble. “[This class] takes science to a whole new level that makes it fun,” Rasche said. “We do a lot of different labs, and they all teach us new things about physics.”
