“I was mostly just really surprised. It’s the same kind reaction people had to 9/11, and it’s terrifying to think that sort of thing would happen – does happen – in Western countries. I know it happens a lot in more war-torn countries, but it’s a little scary when it’s in the middle of a cosmopolitan center. I think the Western world in general needs to help out with the situation in the Middle East, I think that we need to set aside our differences, some of us, find a way to help the refugees and to help stop the terrible things that ISIS is doing,” senior Allie Wills said.
