The boy’s soccer program is hosting a fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 14 from 8-10 a.m. at The Corner Pub and Grill at 15824 Fountain Plaza. Proceeds from the all you can eat breakfast buffet will be used for the team’s uniforms, equipment, bags, team t-shirts and balls.
“I am glad we are doing the fundraiser because I think new equipment would be nice,” sophomore Jack Snyder said.
The team is also selling discount cars.
“This fundraiser is steady every year,” coach Michael Skordos said.
Every player on every team, varsity, JV, and JV C, is required to attend the breakfast.
“It is worth going because it is fun and it is like team bonding,” Snyder said.
With varsity going 5-0, they have reason to celebrate with their fans.
“Everyone should come to support the program. The breakfast always has a good atmosphere,” Skordos said.
