A senior year cut short: seniors reflect on activities getting canceled

Second semester of senior year: the final stretch. We are making our final decisions on which college we want to go to, picking out our prom outfits, getting excited for graduation and everything in between. Whether we are completing one last record-breaking sports season in the spring, completing one last stellar performance in the theater or simply kicking back and enjoying the rest of the semester, the thought of our senior year getting canceled seemed absurd the day we left for spring break. With the current COVID-19 situation closing school for the remainder of the year, seniors are left quarantined at home and unable to complete the final few months of activities they have been looking forward to.
