On November 9, Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) hosted a school-wide scavenger hunt. Students were allowed to make teams up to six to search the school for clues. The cost for each person was $5. The money raised went to provide treatment and support for local Autistic children.

“It was really exciting that almost 100 people signed up,” senior, DECA President Danya Elbendary said.

Elbendary, along with senior, Marketing Advisor Emily Hoffmann, organized the scavenger hunt as a class project.

“We ended up making $470 for Autism which was really great. It was also cool seeing all our hard work be put into action,” Elbendary said.
